Let's start by connecting in the heart with everyone participating in the Global Care Room and radiating love and appreciation to each other...

There is an accelerated momentum of people choosing to rise above the chaos and stress by learning to tune into their heart’s natural guidance for smarter choices and outcomes. This increases self-security for not only weathering the present global stressors, but also taking effective action to maintain personal resilience and energetic balance.

Most of us are exposed to conversations, news and social media that keep reminding us of the instability in the world. This creates energetic waves of uncertainty and insecurity. Increasing our inner-balance helps lift our vibration above many of the stress waves and tunes us to our heart's intuitive directions.

Practicing core heart qualities of love, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, patience, etc. and listening to our heart's suggestions, builds resilience. It especially saves personal energy needed for adjusting to rapid change and uncertainty in the fast-moving scenarios of these times.

GCI members along with other caregivers are helping to raise the vibratory rate of the energetic field. This makes it easier for others to access their heart's intuitive guidance for moving through these changing times with more ease and flow.

Collective stress waves can create clouded thinking, but we can clear this in ourselves by consciously slowing down and focusing on situations a segment at a time. This reduces scattered mental and emotional traffic or anxiety and helps to prevent overwhelm. With genuine practice of the above suggestions, we can prevent significant amounts of stress more quickly than we may think.

1. Center yourself in the heart and breathe the feeling of appreciation and care for yourself or others. This activates your heart energy...

2. Imagine with each breath that your mind, emotions and body are becoming still inside. This helps focus your energy...

3. Now, visualize and build a commitment to keep your vibration up by daily practices of core heart qualities of care, compassion, kindness, forgiveness, patience, stillness, etc. This increases your inner-balance and resilience for reducing and preventing stress...

4. Next, radiate unconditional love and compassion and see this energy lifting the vibration of the global energetic environment...

5. Visualize humanity increasingly realizing that the world is calling for us to accept our differences and to collaborate with our collective knowledge to resolve global challenges and create a thriving planet. Nothing much will change until we can get along better with each other...

6. Now let's close by radiating our unconditional love and deepest compassion to all who are experiencing fear, suffering or hardship through these changing times...
